Situated adjacent to the main house, the charming oak clad and timbered Little Barn provides a peaceful and comfortable space for you to relax and unwind during your stay in North Norfolk.

The living and bedroom area provides a warm spacious atmosphere, due to the high ceilings and the Scandinavian wood burner is ideal for the winter months. A sofa and armchair provide no end of comfort, along with a TV and DVD and selection of books . The king sized bed and luxury linen provides ultimate relaxation after a hard days walking or exploration of the countryside.
Bright and airy
Little Barn has its own back door and a small hand built kitchen with sink unit, dresser, kettle , toaster, mini fridge and microwave. Ideal for preparing breakfast and ready meals or takeaways in the evening. There is an excellent Thai restaurant and takeaway in the village and a number of other takeaway options closeby in Holt and Wells and a good range of local pubs .
The bright and airy shower room is complete with a large shower, heated towel rail and underfloor heating .
The seating area just outside the barn enjoys the morning sunshine and makes it the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast. There is also an outdoor sink, perfect for rinsing and drying sandy clothes and boots after a long day exploring!
Please note, due to restricted parking no vans or mobile homes.
